Policies

 

  • ROOMS: All rates are double occupancy and include a full breakfast.  Taxes are not included in room rates.
  • Check-in time is between 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm.  Arrangements for early or late check-in must be made in advance.
  • Check-out: 11:00 am.
  • There is a 2 night minimum stay on weekends, unless otherwise noted.
  • We will gladly accommodate additional guests, in an appropriate room, for a charge of $35.00 per night, per guest.
  • All rooms are non-smoking.  Guests smoking in the rooms will be charged an extra nights fee, while we return the room to non-smoking status. 
  • Damages to room, contents and/or grounds are the responsibility of the guest.
  • We welcome young people over 12 years old.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY:  If you wish to cancel your reservation, we must receive notice no later than 7 days prior to your check-in date and a $25.00 processing fee applies.  With less than 7 days notice, guests will be charged for 1 nights stay at the reserved room full price rate.  No shows and early departures are the responsibility of the guest and payment for the entire reservation is required.
  • PETS: Dogs are welcome, in appropriate rooms and with advance notice, for an additional fee of $35.00 per dog per night.  We ask you to keep your pet on a leash, at least by the driveway areas, to avoid them from running out into traffic or straying away.  We also ask you to not leave your pet unattended in the rooms, as chewing or extreme saddness might occur.  We ask the guests to please clean up after their pets!
